Takweem for Teams
Team scheduling with shared availability and fewer meetings
Set no-meeting days and meeting hours once. See who is free as a lane, never a title. Find a time that works for everyone, and route bookings across the team.
14 days of Executive free, no card. Then the Free plan.
Sound familiar?
"Finding a time for six people takes six messages."
Everyone checks their own calendar and replies at different hours.
"Our best hours get eaten by meetings."
Without shared rules, every day fills up the same way.
"Leads go to whoever is fastest."
Booking links without routing pile bookings on a few people.
Shared availability
See who is free, never what they are doing

Find a time
A time that works for everyone, once or every week
Ask for a time for the whole team. Takweem checks the lanes and proposes a slot. For a standing meeting, find a time that works every week. Invites go out only after you approve.
Proposed: Thu 15:00–16:00 weekly. Everyone is free, and it keeps your no-meeting Wednesday. Waiting for your approval.

Route bookings
Round-robin and collective links
A round-robin link rotates bookings across the team. A collective link finds a time when several members are free together. Takweem marks the best open slots for your guest.
