For managers and team leads
A calendar that keeps your own work alive between 1:1s
Your team gets your time first. Takweem makes sure the planning, reviews and thinking that only you can do still have hours of their own.
14 days of Executive free, no card. Then the Free plan.
Sound familiar?
"I'm in meetings all day and do my real work after."
Everyone else's calendar is organised. Yours is the leftovers.
"Reviews and planning keep slipping."
They have no fixed time, so they lose to whatever is on the calendar.
"Finding a time for the team takes forever."
Five calendars, five different free slots.
Your own work, protected
Hold hours for reviews, planning and thinking
Set a weekly goal for focus time. Takweem holds it on your calendar as busy and re-places it when a meeting lands. Deadlines such as performance reviews get time before they are due.
Your team, one time that fits
Find a time that works for everyone
Ask for a time with several people. Takweem checks free and busy where their calendars allow access and proposes a slot. It never moves anyone else's meetings by itself.
Proposed: Wed 15:00–16:00. All three are free. Waiting for your approval before sending invites.

What are my conflicts this week?
Questions, answered
Can Takweem move my 1:1s?
Moves involving other people wait for your approval. Takweem proposes the change and sends nothing until you say yes.
Does it set team policies?
On the Teams plan, yes: no-meeting days, a meeting-hours window and a shared focus target. See the Teams page for details.
Can I see my team's calendars?
Teams show each member as a free or busy lane. Event titles are never shown, and only active members' own calendars feed the lanes.
How is this different from a to-do app?
Takweem puts tasks on your calendar. A task with a deadline gets time before the deadline, and moves if a meeting takes the slot.
Is there a morning summary?
Yes. Your brief shows today's meetings, your focus time and any clash that needs a decision.
What does it cost?
Free for individuals, with every feature at lower limits. Paid plans start at $6 per month. Teams is $12 per seat per month.
