What is the difference from a normal time-blocking calendar?
Normal blocks are fixed. Takweem's holds are flexible: they move when a real meeting lands, and pinned holds stay exactly where they are.
Will Autopilot move my meetings?
No. Autopilot is opt-in and only moves your own focus and task blocks, never meetings.
Can I undo changes?
Yes. Every change is listed with Undo.
Do blocks show as busy to other people?
Yes. Holds show as busy, so nothing can book over them, including your booking links.
How are tasks scheduled?
Tasks with deadlines are placed before the deadline, inside your working hours. If Takweem picked the time, it waits for your approval.
