Sound familiar?

"My calendar is full by Monday noon."

Other people book your week for you. The thinking time never gets a slot, so it happens at night.

"I find out about clashes in the room."

Someone moves a meeting onto another one and you only notice when both start.

"My assistant is the only one who sees the whole picture."

Several calendars, several people editing them. Nobody has one clear view of the day.

Protect strategic time

Set a weekly goal for thinking time

Tell Takweem how many hours you want for strategy each week. It holds them on your calendar as busy, so nobody books over them. When a real meeting lands on one, Takweem finds the hold a new spot.

  • Flexible holds move; pinned ones stay put
  • Autopilot is opt-in and only touches your own focus and task blocks
  • Every change is listed, with Undo

Start the day informed

A morning brief, and a heads-up when something clashes

Each morning you get today's meetings, your focus time and the one decision that needs you. If someone else's meeting lands on your plans, Takweem flags it and has the fix ready to approve.

Questions, answered

Will Takweem move my meetings without asking?

No. Autopilot, if you turn it on, only moves your own focus and task blocks. Anything involving other people waits for your approval, and Takweem never moves other people's meetings by itself.

Can my assistant and I both use it?

Takweem works on your connected calendars, so changes made there show up in both places after syncing. Team plans add shared availability and policies if you need them.

How do I keep strategic time from being booked over?

Takweem holds your weekly focus goal as busy time. You can pin a hold, such as Thursday morning, so it stays exactly where it is.

Can I run several calendars at once?

Yes. Connect up to 10 Google accounts on the Executive plan and see them in one view, with two-way sync.

What does it cost?

New accounts get 14 days of Executive with no card, then the Free plan, which has every feature with lower limits. Paid plans start at $6 per month.

Where is my data stored?

Your account data is stored in the EU. We do not use your calendar data to train models.
